Requirements

About the Role:

· Strong communication skills

·Source and interview top talent

·Running end-to-end recruitment cycles

·Support global clients with hiring needs

· Build lasting client relationships

· Drive business development and talent solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Inter-ship & 1–3 years of experience in Headhunter/HR recruiting or B2B sales

• Fluent in English, Korean, or Mandarin

• Communicative, strategic, and performance-driven

• MBA a plus, but not required
