Associate Regional Manager

Job description

Handles all the financial services teams across regions (Cairo, Upper Egypt, Delta).
Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
Organize workflow and ensure that financial services team understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Receive complaints and resolve problems.
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
Decide on reward and promotion for financial services team and sales teams based on performance.
Hire employees and control headcount turnover with supporting HR for hiring process.
Organize workflow and ensure that all financial services team in region achieve their targets.

Skills description

What will you need?

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in the financial services industry.
  • 2-3 years of experience at the managerial level.
• Technical proficiency:
  • Result orientation
  • Operational awareness
  • Building networks
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Customer centricity
  • Sufficient analysis skills to ensure proper market analysis and brand image enhancement
  • Ability to understand the impact of operational decisions on organizational initiatives
