Associate, Sales Enablement (US)

The Associate, Sales Enablement supports seller productivity across The Machine by giving client-facing teams the demos, content, and proof they need to win. Sitting at the intersection of sales and enablement, this hands-on role builds client-specific proof-of-concepts, maintains the demo and sales-content libraries, keeps CRM and competitive materials sharp, and preps account leads for pitches. It’s a build-oriented role for someone early in their career who is equal parts technical, organized, and genuinely curious about how sophisticated enterprise buyers make decisions. You’ll work across sales, delivery, and creative teams, and see your work land directly in live client conversations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Translate enterprise client business problems into working proof-of-concepts (built in v0/Vercel or Claude Code), scoped tight enough to move fast but real enough to land with sophisticated buyers
  • Source and integrate real client data and assets (brand fonts, live API integrations, actual client datasets) rather than generic placeholders
  • Maintain and organize the demo repository, keeping builds accessible
  • Run through demos with presenters and account leads before client meetings to flag where the build might not hold up to questions
  • Diagnose which demo format a stakeholder needs based on previous builds
  • Help to maintain the central sales content library (decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards) keeping everything current, versioned, and easy for account teams to find
  • Turn delivered work and client wins into reusable proof, capturing outcomes and context into short, sales-ready case studies
  • Support and maintain the Sales Motion Playbook and competitive positioning materials, editing under the direction of Sales Engineering
  • Build onboarding materials and documentation for new hires joining the Machine team, and maintain a document index/repo for them to review

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 1-3 years of experience (internships included) in agency new business, sales enablement, or a technical-creative hybrid role
  • Hands-on comfort building in low-code and AI tools (v0, Vercel, Claude). You will need to know enough to stand up a working demo
  • Strong prompt engineering skills
  • Strong organizational instincts
  • Ability translate technical capability into plain language for sales teams and clients
  • Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, Airtable)
  • Comfort working across sales, delivery, and creative teams
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, marketing technology and how enterprise buyers evaluate it
  • Agility and ability to switch priorities as projects shift
  • Comfort in fast-paced environments

NICE TO HAVE

  • Agency experience
  • Exposure to enterprise or agency sales cycles, new business motions, or client-facing work
  • Familiarity with the modern martech and adtech stack
