Job Title: Associate-Sales

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate-Sales professional to join our Development and Design department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets. The Associate-Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and building strong relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

- Collaborate with the development and design team to create customized solutions for clients

- Prepare and deliver presentations to pitch products and services to potential clients

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to management

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a development and design environment

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
