Associate/ Senior Associate, Marketing (Welcome E-com & project/ product management background!

What you’ll do:
Conduct market and product research to identify opportunities with high business impact for incremental growth.
Agilely develop, execute, track and optimize product growth initiatives in real time, and deliver post-campaign reports with clear, actionable insights.
Work closely with product, marketing and various function teams to grow product market share through flexible product and channel mixes.
Monitor product penetration and market share to stay ahead of competition.
Support ad-hoc initiatives or projects as needed to drive business objectives.

What you'll need:
3+ years of experience in eCommerce, product operation, or growth marketing (highly preferred).
Strong analytical skills and a creative, data-driven mindset for solving problems and optimizing performance.
Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and a creative mindset. Resilient and performance-driven, capable of handling pressure and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
