Associate / Senior Landscape Architect

We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Landscape Architect who shares our passion for placemaking and design excellence. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to and lead large-scale landscape masterplanning projects across Asia and the Middle East, working alongside architects, urban designers and planners on complex, multidisciplinary developments.

Unlike traditional landscape architecture roles focused primarily on site-level design, this position centres on strategic landscape planning and masterplanning, shaping districts, destinations, mixed-use developments, waterfronts, townships and large-scale urban environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of innovative landscape masterplans from concept through to design development.
• Create compelling landscape visions and frameworks for large-scale developments and destinations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across masterplanning, architecture, urban design and interior design.
• Coordinate effectively with internal team members, clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality design presentations, reports and project submissions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting programme requirements and deadlines.
• Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate.
• Contribute to business development opportunities and client engagement activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or Master's qualification in Landscape Architecture
• Minimum 8 years' professional experience in landscape architecture
• Demonstrated experience leading and delivering large-scale landscape masterplanning projects.
• Strong conceptual design capabilities and the ability to develop ideas into coherent design strategies and detailed outcomes.
• Experience working on projects across Asia and/or the Middle East.
• Excellent visual, graphic and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to thrive within a multidisciplinary design environment.
• Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in client-facing roles and coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams is desirable.
