Role expectations
- Agent Development
Build and maintain agents using platforms like MS PowerPlatform, MS Copilot Studio, and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Assist in integrating agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and workflows for seamless interoperability.
Apply foundational LLM techniques (e.g., prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation).
- Platform & Framework Engineering
Develop and maintain reusable components, templates, and shared development assets.
Support backend services and secure API development for automation workflows.
Help structure enterprise knowledge for retrieval systems using embeddings and vector stores.
- DevOps & Observability
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and code repository management.
Implement basic monitoring, error logging, and performance optimization.
Assist in troubleshooting production issues and improving reliability.
- Collaboration
Work with security teams to ensure compliance and proper access controls.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and documentation efforts.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (Node.js, React.js, or similar frameworks).
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and enterprise AI tools.
- Experience building APIs, microservices, and working in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
