While primarily remote, this role requires occasional visits to the office in Coimbra or in Aveiro. We plan to open offices in Porto in the future. This approach gives team members the flexibility to work remotely while also coming together in the office for collaboration and teamwork.

- Analyze phone configuration documentation and create integration specifications for Intermedia's Call Server requirements.
- Implement and validate changes to support new and updated phone models.
- Create and maintain technical configuration guides for internal development, QA and support teams.
- Implement analytics and usage metrics and perform profiling and performance optimization of the phone provisioning server.
- Maintain high-quality, maintainable code following OOP principles.
- A degree or relevant technical education in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of VoIP, SIP and IP networking.
- An interest in IP phones, endpoint devices and device configuration.
- Basic programming skills in a language.
- Basic familiarity with Linux and command-line tools.
- A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of VoIP and device provisioning.
