Associate Sourcing Manager, W Bottoms (Non Denim) (CN)

THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on and analytical Associate Manager – Procurement to support our Procurement team.

This role will focus on procurement and sourcing operations, while taking a stronger role in data management, analysis, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is an experienced procurement professional who is comfortable working with data and can use data to improve supplier management, cost efficiency, and procurement decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support procurement and sourcing activities, including supplier management, costing, purchasing, product development, and production coordination.

* Collect, organize, maintain, and analyze procurement, supplier, product, and cost data.

* Develop regular and ad hoc reports to track supplier performance, cost, purchasing volume, lead time, quality, and delivery.

* Support the development and maintenance of procurement dashboards and BI reports.

* Identify data trends, issues, and opportunities and provide actionable insights to the Procurement team.

* Improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and procurement processes through automation and digital tools.

* Work closely with Sourcing, Product Development, Quality, Planning, Finance, and Data/BI teams.

* Support supplier benchmarking, cost analysis, performance tracking, and other procurement projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain, or related functions.

* Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management processes.

* Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience handling large datasets is preferred.

* Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms is a plus.

* Experience with SQL, Python, VBA, or other automation tools is a strong plus.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
