Associate- Specialist 1 (Paralegal Department) Company: Honeybee Tech Solutions Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3+ years Key Responsibilities Manage post-judgment collections and recovery efforts for US clients. Prepare and file legal documents in accordance with US legal procedures. Draft and edit pleadings while ensuring compliance with court rules. Handle litigation support activities for US legal collection law firms. Prepare garnishments and coordinate with courts, sheriffs, and county offices. Extract and analyze information from legal documents. Communicate with US attorneys, court clerks, sheriffs, county appraisers, and recorders' offices. Organize and maintain case files and legal documentation. Prepare subpoenas, affidavits, notices, discovery responses, and medical record requests. Research public records and locate parties, witnesses, and case-related information. Perform court filings, recordings, and e-filings. Provide regular case status updates to clients. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Paralegal or Legal Executive role. Strong knowledge of US Collection Laws, including: FDCPA CFPB FCRA TCPA GLBA SCRA PCI-DSS UDAAP Dodd-Frank Act Experience in preparing legal responses and litigation documentation. Knowledge of the US debt recovery process. Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other US collection regulations. Basic understanding of the US legal system and court procedures. Proficiency in MS Word, WordPerfect, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong internet research and document handling skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and critical thinking abilities. Ability to multitask, manage time-sensitive documents, and work independently as well as in a team. Educational Qualification Master of Law (LLM) Mandatory Must have experience in court proceedings in India. Preferred Candidate Candidates residing within 810 km of Magarpatta City, Pune will be preferred. .
