Must Have: Valuable knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP working principles Must Have: Must have demonstrated technical excellence & extensive experience with PC hardware and software support environments Must Have: Experience with TCP/IP & LAN based networking support and troubleshooting from a pc support perspective Must Have: Knowledge and experience on Service requests, incident, problem management and change process. Must Have: Experienced in repeat call analysis with preventive & corrective actions.
