Associate, Strategic Finance
You will build detailed financial and operational models, use data to inform strategic decisions, and lead planning analyses for cross-functional teams. You will develop KPIs and dashboards, support budgeting and headcount planning, manage performance against financial targets, and improve finance tools and data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Build and own detailed financial and operational models
- Use data to influence strategic decisions across Product, GTM, and business leadership
- Lead planning analyses for cross-functional teams
- Identify and develop KPIs and build performance dashboards
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability
- Help run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles
- Manage company performance against financial targets and identify course corrections
- Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy
Requirements
- 1–4 years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company
- Excellent financial modeling and quantitative/data analysis skills
- Extreme attention to detail and precision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability to solve complex problems and drive them to completion autonomously
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities
