We are seeking a full-time Lead Janitor / Floater who is passionate about creating clean, organized, and safe environments for our clients. You'll travel between client sites throughout the Spokane, WA to Post Falls, ID area, conducting inspections, stepping in to perform cleaning duties as needed, and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly across your assigned territory.

Shift: Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour DOE, Mileage reimbursement

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections across assigned locations between Spokane, WA and Post Falls, ID to ensure cleaning standards are being met
• Fill in to perform hands-on cleaning duties at sites experiencing staff shortages or callouts
• Supervise and support janitorial staff, including monitoring attendance, reporting absences, and assisting with scheduling
• Assign janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspect completed work against established standards
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to staff as needed; track inventory and inform management when supplies run low
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff, and help resolve conflicts efficiently
• Assist with screening and hiring new applicants, and make recommendations to management regarding promotions, transfers, or dismissals
• Communicate regularly with management on site conditions, staffing needs, and client concerns
• Attend meetings and in-service training sessions as required
• Travel independently between multiple client sites throughout the shift using reliable personal transportation
