Associate System Engineer - NT

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works under close guidance and instruction from the manager or designated engineer

• Meets with the manager or designated engineer to discuss status, ask for assistance on intractable problems, and to review accomplishments

• Assists in making evaluations and recommendations

• Documents findings involving design, implementation, and configuration for both new and existing technologies and equipment

• Constructs laboratory and systems demonstration equipment configurations

• Assists in the implementation of selected technologies

• Acts as an intermediary between the Engineering Group, Operations Services, Application Development, and Systems Assurances

• Escalates intractable problems to designated engineer for resolution

• Works with manufacturers and vendors for problem assistance

Performs other duties as assigned.
