Associate Systems Engineer (Data Centre) - Entry Level Welcome
Salary: $3,300 – $4,000 per month
Location: MacPherson Road
Basic Salary: Up to S$5,000 + Variable Bonus
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am–12:00pm, subject to project requirements

Key Responsibilities
Monitor the health and performance of data centre M&E equipment, including power and cooling systems
Assist with data centre facilities management, including power utilisation, rack space and asset inventory monitoring
Attend to user requests, service tickets and enquiries related to data centre facilities and co-location services
Assist with cabling works and maintain accurate records of data centre asset movements
Support pre- and post-maintenance activities for M&E equipment
Monitor the ticketing system and follow up on outstanding issues and required actions
Work with vendors to identify Operational Technology (OT) devices and assess potential vulnerabilities
Assist with vulnerability assessments, scanning activities and risk register preparation
Prepare reports on facility operations, asset inventory and utilisation
Work closely with the Data Centre Facilities Management Lead, project team and vendors to support timely project delivery
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
At least 1 year of data centre facilities management experience preferred
Knowledge of cabling infrastructure and M&E systems is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willing to travel to data centre sites; company van transport to sites is provided
Required to be on 24/7 standby
