Entry-level-friendly Associate Systems Engineer supporting data centre facilities management in Singapore: monitoring M&E equipment health, power and rack utilisation, handling cabling works and ticketing, and maintaining risk/vulnerability registers, with 24x7 standby duty. Salary up to S$4,500 basic per month plus variable bonus.
Associate Systems Engineer (Data Centre Facilities Management)
- Salary Package: Up till $4,500 basic + Variable Bonus
- Working Location: MacPherson Road
- Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and Saturday, 9am to 12pm (Depending on projects, if no projects do not need to come on Saturday)
- Annual leave: 10 days
- Entry level are welcome: Up till $3,500 Basic
- Perform health monitoring of the Data Centre M&E equipment
- Attend to users’ request related to Data Centre Facilities Management
- Assist with cabling works within the Data Centre
- Monitor ticketing system and follow up on necessary actions
- Pre M&E maintenance works related to Data Centre M&E equipment
- Post M&E maintenance works related to Data Centre M&E equipment
- Attend to user enquiry about Co-Location via Service request
- Monitor power utilization for equipment in Data Centre
- Monitor of rack space utilization in Data Centre
- Work with vendor to identify Operational Technology (OT) devices
- Prepare risk register for vulnerabilities devices, inclusive of vulnerabilities assessment scanning
- Ensure all Data Centre asset movement activities are updated
- Assist Data Centre manager and Team lead in reporting generating.
- Possesses of Cabling Infrastructure knowledge
- Minimum diploma in mechanical / electrical engineering or related
- At least 1 year experience in Data Centre Facility Management (Entry level are welcome - Training Provided)
- Required to be on 24 x 7 standby.
