Associate-level technical consultant who designs, implements, and supports Zoho-based solutions (CRM, Projects, Books, Creator) for clients and internal teams — configuring workflows, Deluge-scripted automations, integrations, data migrations, and delivering testing, documentation, and user training.
We are looking for an Associate - Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Projects, Books, Creator) to help design, implement, and support Zoho-based solutions for our clients/internal teams. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho configurations and customizations.

- Implement, configure, and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Projects, Books, Creator) based on client/business requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Build custom modules, workflows, blueprints, functions (Deluge scripting), and automation within Zoho CRM and Creator.
- Set up and manage integrations between Zoho apps and third-party systems (via Zoho Flow, APIs, or webhooks).
- Configure Zoho Books for accounting workflows including invoicing, billing, and financial reporting as needed.
- Manage Zoho Projects setup including task management, timesheets, and project workflows.
- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data validation across Zoho applications.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of configured solutions before deployment.
- Prepare documentation including solution design documents, user manuals, and training materials.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, project managers, developers) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Stay updated with new Zoho features, updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator.
- Working knowledge of Deluge scripting for custom functions and automation.
- Understanding of Zoho Flow, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Basic understanding of business processes such as sales, accounting, and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Preferred/Good to Have
- Zoho certification(s) (Zoho CRM/Creator/Books Certified Consultant).
- Experience with other Zoho One apps (Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Inventory, etc.).
- Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, or REST APIs.
- Prior experience in a client-facing consulting role.
