ASSOCIATE TECHNICAL (NETWORK SECURITY)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform across various modules. The role demands a deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, HR, and Custom Application Development within ServiceNow. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;"> </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;"><b>Key Responsibilities: </b></p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Develop, configure, and improve core and custom applications in ServiceNow. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Work across various ServiceNow modules like IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), HR Service Delivery, and others. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform accordingly. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Create and customize ServiceNow workflows and forms for an enhanced user experience. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Ensure the implementation of best practices within the ServiceNow platform. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Provide technical support and guidance on ServiceNow capabilities. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Integrate ServiceNow with other third-party tools and software. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Prepare and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;"> </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;"><b>Qualifications: </b></p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and Custom Application Development. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Experience with REST and SOAP web services. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;"> </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;"><b>Preferred Skills: </b></p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or any module Implementation certification . </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. </p><p style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6pt;margin-left:0cm;">- Knowledge of ITIL processes</p><p> </p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
