Pay: $15/hr to $20/hr, DOE
Position Summary:
Seeking two Associate Technicians to join the Technical Services team in Atlanta. This is a hands-on bench technician role responsible for evaluating, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing final testing on returned sleep therapy devices (CPAP/APAP). The team is looking for candidates who are technically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production/service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and perform final testing on returned CPAP/APAP devices.
- Perform hardware and software diagnostics.
- Use diagnostic equipment and service manuals to identify failures.
- Document repairs and findings accurately.
- Follow GMP, safety, quality, and complaint handling procedures.
- Support engineering and technical teams.
- Meet productivity and turnaround time expectations.
- Escalate complex repairs when necessary.
- Maintain an organized workstation following 5S standards.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of technical education or hands-on technical experience.
- Electronics troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Comfortable working on a repair bench.
- Ability to read technical documentation and repair manuals.
- Good computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical device experience (strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows / Microsoft Office.
- Fast and accurate typing skills, as documentation is an important part of the role.
