- Conduct training sessions and competency demonstrations forConstruction / Shipyard / Oil & Petrochemical / Manufacturing /Logistics Industries/ Fork Lift Operation/Scissor Lift Operations /Boom Lift Operations/ Scaffolding/ Formwork/ Safe Lifting / Riggerand Signalman.
- Ensure all training complies with industry regulations and safetystandards.
- Develop and update training materials, course content, andassessments.
- Mentor and coach trainees to achieve competency in theirrespective fields.
- Adhere strictly to the Code of Ethics for Workplace Safety and Health(WSH) Trainers.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needsand customize courses accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certification.
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous learning among trainees.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in competency demonstrationwithin the specified industries.
Full ACTA certification requiredPossession of Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health(WSH) or Specialist Diploma for WSH. - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in handlingConstruction / Shipyard / Oil & Petrochemical / Manufacturing /Logistics Industries/ Fork Lift Operation/Scissor Lift Operations /Boom Lift Operations/ Scaffolding/ Formwork/ Safe Lifting / Riggerand Signalman courses.
- Must have completed the Code of Ethics for WSH Trainers Course
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage learners effectively and facilitate practicalcompetency demonstrations.
