Associate Treasures Relationship Manager Consumer Banking Group

You will acquire and upgrade Treasures clients, grow assets under management and wallet share, and promote suitable banking products and digital channels. You will review portfolios with specialists, resolve client issues, uphold service standards, organize client events, and complete onboarding and regulatory compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and upgrade Treasures clients
• Grow assets under management and customer wallet share
• Achieve volume and revenue objectives
• Activate digital banking channels and grow savings books
• Implement product strategies through relationship management
• Build client trust and loyalty
• Maintain an optimal product mix and client coverage
• Deliver customer service in the local market
• Conduct due diligence, risk reviews, and compliant client onboarding
• Review portfolios with wealth, investment, and insurance specialists
• Resolve customer queries and complaints within agreed turnaround times
• Provide market, competition, and product feedback
• Organize lifestyle and client-engagement events

Requirements

• Understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India
• Knowledge of the local market and competition
• AMFI, IRDAI, or FEDAI certification is advantageous
• BCSBI certification is advantageous
• Understanding of HNI sales, wealth management products, platforms, and operational procedures
• Knowledge of RBI banking and para-banking guidelines
• Knowledge of KYC and anti-money-laundering policies
• Knowledge of financial markets and products
• Relationship management, listening, influencing, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
