Job Description:
Responsibilities • Prepare daily global cash position reports and monitor liquidity. Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate variances. • Process domestic and international wire transfers. Support bank account administration, KYC documentation, and banking relationships. • Assist with foreign exchange transactions, settlements, and exposure reporting. Prepare treasury reports, cash forecasts, and month-end treasury reconciliations. • Support internal and external audits and maintain treasury documentation. Ensure compliance with treasury policies and identify process improvement opportunities. • Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, AP, Payroll, and Finance teams on treasury activities. • Direct daily global liquidity management procedures and prepare liquidity schedules for internal & external partners. • Perform foreign exchange programs including executing/confirm/settle derivatives contracts, and manage weekly FX hedging process for multiple currencies with transactional exposures • Liaise with VPs, Corporate Bankers, & Global Treasury Officers on strategic decisions to regulate future action plans. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required. MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or CFA Level preferred. • Min 1 year of treasury, banking operations, finance, or accounting experience. Experience in a multinational or shared services environment is preferred. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred. • Experience with TMS systems such as Kyriba preferred • Understanding of cash management, liquidity, foreign exchange, and bank reconciliations. • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
