Associate, Trusts
Summary
Support the full lifecycle of trusts—onboarding, structuring, administration, and record-keeping—while collaborating with clients, estate planners, and compliance teams.
THE ROLE
Precepts Trustee Limited acts as trustee for families across Singapore and the region. As an Associate in the trust team you will support the full life of a trust — onboarding and due diligence, structuring conversations with estate planners, and the administration, distributions and record-keeping that follow for years afterwards. You will be trained against a structured six-month competency framework and supervised throughout by a Trust Manager.

- Support the establishment of new trusts, from onboarding and CDD/KYC through to execution of the trust deed.
- Explain the features and suitability of different trust structures to clients and estate planners, under supervision.
- Collaborate with clients, estate planners, introducers and Will drafters so that Will, LPA and trust documents work together as a single plan.

- Liaise with clients and beneficiaries to collect due diligence documents and arrange signings.
- Support ongoing trust administration, including trustee resolutions, distributions and loan arrangements.
- Maintain trust records, ledgers and audit trails to MAS and internal documentation standards.
- Contribute to internal and estate-planner-facing training and sharing sessions on the trust proposition.
