The Associate UI/UX Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of a next-generation telehealth platform integrated with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand the operational dynamics of Homnics, particularly within the context of digital health initiatives and product development.
- Partner with product managers, software engineers, and clinical experts to gather insights and define user needs and workflows.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Create and refine prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and validate usability.
- Continuously iterate on designs in response to feedback and shifting product requirements.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and deliver consistent, responsive experiences across devices and screen sizes.
- Establish and maintain a design system by documenting UI patterns, interaction guidelines, and visual design best practices.
