1. Processing Underwriting Support Tasks - 80%

Working under the director of supervisor, processes tasks related to underwriting and policy processing functions.

Follows established processes and procedures to complete routine tasks related to policies, binders, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and final audit transactions.

Exercise problem solving skills to resolve problems with low complexity. Escalate mid-to-high level complexity to supervisor.

2. Client Service and Communication - 10%

Receives and handles client requests via inbound email. Serves as a lead for client accounts that are smaller and/or low in complexity.

Respond promptly to client needs, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring a positive client experience.

Answers questions professionally and assists clients by completing a task or process for them.

3. Teamwork and Collaboration - 10%

Collaborates with co-workers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to achievement of internal team goals.

Looks for opportunities to improve processes to better support client and build knowledge and expertise in underwriting.
