As an Associate Vice President – CASA & Deposits Product Manager your role is to support the growth and management of the Retail Liabilities portfolio, including CASA, Fixed Deposits, and Everyday Banking products. Drive portfolio performance through customer insights, analytics, and targeted campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, balance growth, engagement, and profitability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the growth and management of the Retail Liabilities portfolio, including CASA, Fixed Deposits, and Everyday Banking products, to achieve business objectives.
- Drive customer lifecycle engagement by identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and increase product penetration.
- Monitor portfolio performance against key metrics such as balances, customer acquisition, activation, attrition, and profitability.
- Prepare and maintain periodic portfolio performance reports, management dashboards, and business insights.
- Conduct data analysis to identify customer trends, growth opportunities, and areas requiring performance improvement.
- Support portfolio forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities to drive sustainable growth.
- Assist in the development, enhancement, and optimization of CASA & Deposit products and propositions.
- Coordinate product launches, pricing updates, change requests, and customer communication initiatives.
- Maintain accurate product documentation and ensure adherence to established product governance frameworks.
- Analyze customer segments and support the design of targeted propositions, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
- Perform pricing and competitor analysis, including market benchmarking and monitoring of industry trends.
- Develop business cases and evaluate the commercial viability, profitability, and customer value of new initiatives and promotions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the preparation of approval papers, product reviews, policies, and governance-related documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years in Portfolio/ Product Management and Governance
- Bachelor's degree or related field, preferred MBA.
- Experience in Banking Industry
