Your Opportunity to Make an Impact
As an Associate, Warehouse Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficient flow of inventory throughout our distribution operations. This hands-on role is responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe, organized warehouse environment. You'll help deliver exceptional service by supporting timely order fulfillment, inventory management, and returns processing.
What You Will Do
- Receive, inspect, unload, and stock incoming inventory while ensuring products are accurately recorded and stored in designated locations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory tracking systems, scanners, and routine recordkeeping activities.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process returned merchandise by inspecting product condition, reviewing return documentation, and routing items according to established procedures.
- Inspect, verify, and document incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, and condition.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, while following all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse through housekeeping activities and routine equipment safety checks.
- Identify inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or distribution issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to support daily operations and ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.

Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or parcel-handling experience preferred.
- Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Experience using inventory management systems, scanners, and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately track inventory and document transactions.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as part of daily job responsibilities.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
The salary range for this role is $19.10/hr. to $22.90/hr. This range is applicable for jobs performed in the Eastern and Central Time Zones. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, and business organizational needs.
