Asst HR Manager
Job Descriptions
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Assist with the daily operations of HR functions and duties.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
- Lead performance management, training, and development initiatives and HR reporting.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Overtime, absences, leaves etc)
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
- Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in relevant human resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Infotech.
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws.
- Excellent organizational and strong communication skills.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources will be advantageous
