about the job
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Asst. Leasing Manager to champion end-to-end leasing activities, optimise rental yields, and drive maximum occupancy across a premium industrial portfolio.
End-to-End Leasing: Drive new leasing activities and renewals by managing incoming inquiries, conducting compelling site viewings, and leading lease negotiations.
Lease Administration: Oversee comprehensive lease documentation, collaborating with internal and external legal counsel to ensure precise contract activation and accurate tenancy scheduling.
Strategy & Reporting: Formulate targeted leasing strategies and marketing initiatives, while supporting management with income budgeting, forecasting, and regular portfolio reporting.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with tenants, managing agents, and industry peers, ensuring prompt resolution of tenancy matters and a high level of tenant satisfaction.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field, coupled with at least 3 years of relevant experience in industrial leasing; strong familiarity with JTC sublease and IAS applications is highly advantageous.
- Pro-active and go-getter attitude.
