Asst Manager, Operations - Settlement

Job Responsibilities :

· Trade matching, processing and settlement.

· Process settlement for FX, MM , Derivative Products, Futures and DTCC.

· Process Clearstream Bond and MAS Bills trade.

· Process repurchase agreement trades.

· Conduct System testing.

· Handle and resolve settlement discrepancies and ensure timely and accurate settlement of trade and payment.

· Ensure the daily operations are in compliance with the regulatory and internal requirements.

· Maintain close communication and coordination with Head Office

· Review and ensure operational problems, complaints and queries are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

· Supporting business plans and periodical reporting to management.

Job Requirements :

. Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking or equivalent.

· At least 3 to 5 years’ experience within the settlement related field.

· Familiar with Xact and Swift is essential.

· Familiar with MAS and DTCC derivatives reporting.

· Experience in reconciliation, treasury operation control and clearing businesses.

. Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking colleagues in headquarters
