Project duration 1 year
- Labour categories will be directly hired based on CV selection.
- Assistant Operator interviews will be conducted online.
- Working hours will be 8 hours per day, with overtime applicable as required.

Assistant Operator salary can be increased to 150 + 20 KD for candidates with good experience.

Duties & Responsibilities Plant Operator |
|||||||
|
Operate main and standby pumps and auxiliary systems. |
|||||||
|
Monitor pump parameters such as flow, pressure, level, vibration, and temperature. |
|||||||
|
Operate pumps via SCADA/HMI systems. |
|||||||
|
Monitor LV & MV panels, MCCs, VFDs, and protection relays. |
|||||||
|
Observe alarms, trips, and fault indications. |
|||||||
|
Monitor mechanical equipment including bearings, seals, valves, and pipelines. |
|||||||
|
Monitor instrumentation such as level transmitters, flow meters, and gas detectors. |
|||||||
|
Follow safety procedures, PPE, and LOTO practices. |
|||||||
|
Perform routine inspection and housekeeping. |
|||||||
|
Maintain shift logbooks and operational records. |
|||||||
|
Respond to emergencies such as pump failure, flooding, or power failure. |
