ASST SUPERVISOR (2221 PELITA COMMERCIAL CENTRE MIRI)
Summary
Oversee retail staff scheduling, training, and customer service at a commercial center in Miri, Sarawak, ensuring sales targets and operational policies are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
- Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
- Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
- Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
- Provide professional services to customers.
Education & Experience:
- Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
- Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
- Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
