The Opportunity

• AI Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE): Focus on the engineering and implementation of enterprise-grade AI applications, from architecture design through to production deployment.
• AI Forward-Deployed Researcher (FDR): Focus on prototyping new AI applications, validating model performance, conducting risk assessments, and researching AI governance.
• AI Innovation and Solution Design: Focus on the development of AI Agents, intelligent applications, proprietary tools, and industry solutions, while continuously developing AI methodologies and reusable assets to drive the scalable adoption of AI innovations.
• AI Governance and Trustworthy AI: Focus on Responsible AI, model governance, data governance, and AI risk management, helping clients establish secure, compliant, and trustworthy AI governance frameworks.
• Technology Risk Assurance: Leverage AI tools to perform automated audits, data security and compliance assessments, and IT risk controls.

Your key responsibilities

• AI Consulting and Digital Transformation: Participate in enterprise AI strategy planning, business use case analysis, AI governance framework design, and digital transformation projects, supporting clients in implementing AI technologies across business scenarios.
• AI Innovation and Solution Development: Participate in the design and development of innovative AI solutions, proprietary tools, intelligent applications, and industry-specific solutions, while continuously developing reusable methodologies, tools, and digital assets.
• AI Application Development and Deployment: Be responsible for the architecture design, core functionality development, engineering deployment, and performance optimization of enterprise-grade AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge bases, and intelligent analytics systems.
• AI Governance and Risk Management: Support AI risk identification, Responsible AI initiatives, model governance, data governance, and AI compliance assessments, helping clients establish secure, trustworthy, and sustainable AI governance frameworks.
• Model Evaluation and Governance: Develop AI prototypes, design test datasets and evaluation criteria, identify model hallucinations and associated risks, prepare evaluation reports, and formulate improvement strategies.
• System Integration and Data Governance: Integrate AI applications with clients’ business systems and databases, ensuring secure and compliant data exchange with appropriate access controls.
• Industry Research and Insights: Monitor emerging AI technologies and industry trends, contribute to research on AI best practices, industry insights, and solution development, and continuously enhance the team’s professional and innovation capabilities.
• Technology Risk Assurance: Perform audits of IT general controls and application controls, and leverage automation tools to conduct financial and operational data consistency analysis and emerging technology risk assessments.

Requirements: Skills and attributes for success

• Academic Background: Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Security, Mathematics and Statistics, or interdisciplinary fields combining Law and Technology.
• Language Proficiency: Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (CET-4/6 or above).
• Programming Fundamentals: Proficiency in Python is preferred, with knowledge of Java/JavaScript. Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and Git version control is expected. Candidates with practical experience in AI application development and engineering implementation will have an advantage.
• AI and Large Language Models: Understanding of LLM principles and typical applications, with familiarity in AI application technologies including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agents, Embeddings, and Tool Calling. Familiarity with mainstream large language model platforms and APIs, such as OpenAI, Azure AI, DeepSeek, Qwen, ERNIE, Hunyuan, and Doubao. Experience with AI application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Dify is an advantage.
• Data and Backend Development: Proficiency in SQL and at least one relational database, with knowledge of common backend frameworks such as Spring Boot/FastAPI and API integration.
• Engineering Capabilities: Understanding of Docker, Linux, CI/CD, and fundamental operations and monitoring concepts.
• Overall Capabilities: Candidates with practical experience in AI application development or software development, ERP systems, hands-on SQL/Python data analytics, or professional certifications such as CISA/CICPA will be preferred.
• Consulting and Communication Skills: Strong logical and analytical skills, structured thinking, client communication, and teamwork capabilities, with a strong interest in enterprise digital transformation, AI consulting, and technology risk management.
• Innovation and In-house Development Capabilities: Strong innovation mindset and self-learning ability, with the ability to actively contribute to AI innovation applications, proprietary tools, industry solutions, and methodology development. Experience in AI PoCs, in-house development projects, open-source projects, or research and innovation initiatives is preferred.
• AI Governance Awareness: Understanding of concepts related to Responsible AI, AI governance, data governance, or model risk management, with strong risk and compliance awareness and the ability to balance AI innovation with effective risk controls.
