The Boys & Girls Club is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated individual to serve as an At-Risk Teen Mentor. This role is vital in supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of teens facing challenging circumstances. The mentor will build trusting relationships, provide guidance, and help teens navigate life’s obstacles in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive, consistent relationships with teens aged 13–18.
- Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and activities focused on life skills, academic support, and personal development.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and support tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to ensure holistic support.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
- Uphold the Club’s values and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
- Drive students home at the end of the day in a Club vehicle (must be 21+).
