ATDM Nondestructive Testing Instructor
Due to the nature of the work environment, candidates must be a US person as defined by US export control regulations and eligible to access controlled unclassified information (CUI).

Hours of Work
The primary schedule for the incumbent is Monday to Friday, from 2:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. However, you may be required to work additional hours as needed to cover multiple shifts or attend meetings.

You will deliver high‑quality instruction in an accelerated training environment, support hands‑on learning in laboratory settings, and help ensure students are workforce‑ready upon program completion. Your expertise will directly contribute to building a skilled talent pipeline for the defense industrial base.
What You Will Do
- Deliver classroom and hands‑on instruction in nondestructive testing methods within an accelerated, short‑term training program
- Advise and mentor students to support academic success and workforce readiness
- Set up and tear down NDT laboratory spaces for instructional sessions
- Monitor and manage consumables, materials, and lab supplies
- Ensure lab equipment readiness and adherence to safety protocols
- Support the development and continuous improvement of curriculum and instructional materials
- Collaborate with program staff to support overall ATDM program operations
