Atlantis Kids Adven. Assist Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily club operations, programming, and logistics to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Supervise check-in/check-out procedures and ensure compliance with departmental standards and procedures.
• Lead, coach, train, and evaluate staff through daily briefings and ongoing development.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and supervision of team members.
• Ensure the safety of children, oversee snack and meal service, and maintain program equipment and facilities.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, maintenance needs, and inventory of club supplies.

• Foster positive working relationships with guests and internal departments while supporting exceptional guest service.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a camp, club, childcare, or children’s programming environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Recreation, Education, Hotel Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
• CPR and First Aid certification; Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Ability to work effectively with children and build rapport with guests of all ages.
