Atlassian Engineer

• Work mode - fully remote.

• Assignment type: B2B - up to 440 EUR per day.

• Contract length >10 - 12 months + extensions.

• Start - September/October.

• Language - English, (French as nice to have).

• Workload - Full time (40 hours per week).

Summary: The main function of the Atlassian Engineer role is to ensure the continuity and optimization of Atlassian platforms, particularly Jira & Confluence, for over 4000 users across various countries, while implementing business improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure service continuity and keep platforms updated and optimized.

• Understand and implement requested business improvements.

• Improve current technical customizations.

• Support business continuity for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery & Confluence (cloud).

• Challenge users' requests from functional and technical perspectives.

• Propose and implement changes in compliance with internal standards and best practices.

• Continuously enhance instance behaviors and propose a technical roadmap.

• Establish new internal standards.

• Develop a migration strategy for On-premises instances and oversee the migration.

• Collaborate with other teams and team members.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years experience in Jira & Confluence administration (Cloud & On-premises).

• Strong expertise in Jira Administration best practices and Scriptrunner.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in implementing and maintaining custom plug-ins.

• Atlassian certifications.
