Job Description
The ATM Analyst will assist in business development opportunities by using data analytics, reporting and modeling to ensure Visa/Plus is competitive in responses to RFPs, branding opportunities and new ATM product launch opportunities. You will also be responsible for creating financial models, support deals and create go to market materials for internal sales teams as well as customized presentations for specific clients. The position is based in Foster City, California and will report to the VP, Head of ATM products. The individual will act as a subject matter expert on ATM opportunities and programs including: PLUS Partnership, Plus Alliance, Withdrawals, Deposits, Balance Inquiries, Mini Statements, PIN Change, Managed Services, and Network 90. The role will:
- Work with cross functional organizations across Visa to establish best practices and identify opportunities to improve process flows or technology.
- Respond to RFPs, creating account reviews and shadow ATM P&L’s to help clients understand the economics of their ATM business.
- Deliver product enhancement projects on time and within scope and budget, which includes development of business requirements and any internal and external communications
- Market research and analysis to support opportunity assessments and aid in business case development.
- Business development and client deals that include GBI data pulls, updating content/pitch materials and taking the lead on some deals.

Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Undergraduate Degree required, graduate degree/MBA preferred
- 1 to 2 years experience required, ATM or payments industry experience preferred
- Superior analytical skills with the ability to assess an opportunity's potential, leveraging fact-based analysis and industry experience
- Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, results drive, and flexible
- Good program/project management skills, ability to drive initiatives through to completion
- Product management experience would be ideal

The estimated salary range for this position is $104,900 to $163,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
