ATM Systems Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an ATM Systems Engineer to join a stable, long-term project within a leading Spanish multinational in technology, engineering, defense, space, and air traffic management, with an international presence and participation in strategic programs worldwide.

You will be part of a highly specialized environment, working on advanced solutions for air traffic control systems used in national and international projects. You will have the opportunity to participate in various initiatives throughout your professional career, expanding your experience in systems engineering, functional analysis, and critical technologies for air navigation.

The selected candidate will collaborate on capturing and analyzing user requirements, specifying system and subsystem requirements, designing functional solutions, performing validations, and liaising with clients, participating in all phases of the ATM systems lifecycle.

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in Systems Engineering, functional analysis, or requirements specification in complex technological environments.

• At least 2 years of experience in Systems Engineering.
• Experience or knowledge in requirements capture, analysis, and management.
• Knowledge of Databases.
• Knowledge of Java.
• Knowledge of Oracle.
• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English level (C1).
• Analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Teamwork skills and a quality-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

Previous experience in critical systems, air navigation, aerospace, transportation, defense, or international projects will be valued.

• Experience in user requirements analysis.
• Experience in system and subsystem requirements analysis.
• Experience in managing defects, incidents, and system errors.
• Knowledge or experience with DOORS.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with Confluence.
• Experience in critical systems, ATM, aerospace, transportation, or defense projects.
• Participation in international projects and multidisciplinary environments.
