ATTENDING PHYSICIAN- POST ACTUTE CARE
FULL-TIME STAFF POSITION
The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking an Attending Physician to join our team of dedicated specialists working in the Medical Department. In this role, you would be responsible for delivering appropriate, compassionate and adequate care to Parker's residents.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two (2) or more years of experience as an Attending Physician in a hospital with a geriatric population; or within a nursing home environment
- A medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification (or eligibility) in a primary care specialty
- Completion of residency in Internal Medicine
- Eligibility for hospital admitting privileges
- Clean and active license to practice medicine in New York State
- Proficient in SigmaCare or a similar Electronic Medical Record software
