As a ATTORNEY-ADVISER (GENERAL) at the GS-0905-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serves as Associate General Counsel with a focus on Labor and Employment law counseling, FOIA, and other administrative law practice areas for Agency comprised of civilian, military, and contract personnel. Serves as an Ethics Counselor and advise on a broad array of standard of conduct issues, including conflicts of interests, acceptance of gifts, and use of funds for official courtesies. Represents the interests of DSCA before courts and administrative tribunals, including the Merit Systems Protection Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Provides legal support, advice, and counsel to DSCA staff under the guidance of the DSCA General Counsel and senior DSCA attorneys.
