Attorney – Construction & Design Litigation (Engineering Degree Required)

Hall & Evans, LLC — one of Colorado’s oldest and most respected trial firms — is seeking an experienced Construction & Design Litigation Associate Attorney with an Engineering Degree to join our Construction & Design practice group.

The ideal candidate will have experience defending construction and design litigation matters. Experience representing developers, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors is strongly preferred.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside talented legal professionals in a collegial, business-casual environment located in Downtown Denver. You will gain hands-on experience with clients, depositions, court appearances, and business development.

A hybrid work schedule—three days in the office and two days working remotely is offered after successful completion of training.
