We are a corporate service provider offering legal support to online businesses in the IT industry. With over 4 years in the market, we’ve built a strong team of 20+ professionals!
Our core services include full legal support for large companies—from company and trademark registration to obtaining various licenses and developing business strategies.
As Legarithm is now entering a phase of significant expansion, we are looking for a Corporate advocate to join our team.

What we value:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • CBA lawyer certificate (mandatory requirement)
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of the general principles and practical application of Cypriot law
  • Excellent knowledge of the principles of the Cyprus Companies Registry
  • Higher education in law
  • Responsible and attentive approach to performing tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
Would be an advantage
  • Experience in drafting corporate documents (memorandum and articles of association (M&AoA), resolutions, minutes, IoT)
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts (SPA, SA, SSA)
  • Experience in obtaining BFU status and registering companies as employers
  • AML certificate by CBA/SySec
  • Understanding of the nuances of Cyprus legislation
  • Experience working with offshore companies and relevant laws


Key responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with partners, agents, and clients
  • Submitting documents for changes in director, shareholder, or company name
  • Liaising with local contractors
  • Communicating with banks on behalf of clients (e.g., account opening or closure)
  • Companys incorporations
  • Preparing and submitting necessary documentation to relevant authorities
  • Filing reports
  • Registering companies on tax platforms (taxforall, taxportal, taxisnet, sisweb, ergani)
  • Drafting corporate documents, working with notaries
  • Supporting other Legarithm departments on legal matters
    Assisting colleagues in collecting necessary documentation from clients for AML and KYC procedures
  • Visiting local authorities (when needed)
    Handling other administrative tasks, such as migration matters or participation in non-domicile applications
