What you will be doing:
Providing advice and counsel regarding labor relations matters.
Preparing for collective bargaining.
Representing management at collective bargaining and all labor disputes including grievances, arbitrations, and improper practice proceedings.
Experience you will need:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Knowledge of labor law is essential.
Experience or knowledge in public sector labor relations.
Experience at the bargaining table, public or private sector.
