We have an immediate opening for a Real Estate Finance & Investment Associate with 3-7 years' experience. Candidates must have a strong background in the origination of mortgage loans: commercial mortgage-backed securities, syndicated and portfolio. Experience with the sale and purchase of loans and subordinated debt and the negotiation of intercreditor agreements and loan participations is also helpful. Excellent work experience, academic credentials and interpersonal skills are required.
