Job Role: Web Project Manager
Compensation range: $2,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: Our client is an established Australian digital marketing agency supporting businesses with end-to-end digital solutions designed to improve their online presence, generate leads, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
The agency works across a broad range of digital services, combining creative, technical, and performance-focused expertise to deliver tailored solutions for its clients. Their team takes a results-driven approach, with a strong focus on transparency, quality, collaboration, and long-term client relationships.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a marketing-first, client-focused individual who wants to be part of a close team environment.
The person will understand online marketing strategies and be an organised, proactive person to help deliver high-quality websites on time and branding to a high standard. This role is focused purely on delivery, quality and client satisfaction.
You will be the "Captain" of the production process, the main point of contact, coordinating clients, designers and developers to ensure projects move forward every step of the way until launch.
This role suits someone with a strong drive who works with a sense of urgency and can multitask a range of fast-paced projects.
You will have a natural problem-solving demeanour and love to tick tasks off the list.
- Project Command: Coordinate branding and website projects from kick off meetings, through strategy, design, development and through to launch
- Client Advocacy: Act as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and confidently chasing content and approvals
- Momentum Management: Run regular meetings, clear road blocks, and escalate competencies when required
- Quality Control: Coordinate QA and assist with the technical logistics of website launches

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Project Management or Web Project Management, preferably within a digital, creative, or web development agency.
- Proven experience managing website projects end-to-end, from client kick-off and briefing through design, development, QA, and launch.
- Strong understanding of website production, including CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow), UX/UI, responsive design, and website functionality.
- Experience coordinating designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client expectations.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, branding, SEO fundamentals, and website strategy.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Strong quality assurance skills, with the ability to identify website issues and coordinate fixes before launch.
- Excellent client management, communication, and deadline management skills.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
