📍Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Bugis)

📅Contract Duration: 6 months

⏰Working Hours:

Design, develop, and deliver educational and outreach programmes
Lead and manage stakeholders in the co-development of programmes, resources and outreach
Manage end-to-end programme operations, including planning, scheduling, staffing, logistics, delivery, evaluation, and reporting
Prepare proposals, project plans, reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and stakeholders
Oversee programme administration, marketing, budgeting, visitor management, documentation, venue coordination, and logistics
Lead recruitment, training, deployment, and performance management of staff
Drive programme evaluation and continuous improvement using feedback and data insights
Manage vendors, suppliers, and partners supporting education and outreach initiatives
Supervise onsite and offsite programmes, as well as interns, temporary, outsourced, and junior staff
Collaborate across departments to align programme development, operations, marketing, and visitor experience objectives
Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Education, Arts, or Social Sciences
Minimum 2 years of experience in heritage-related projects and/or educational programme development
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media marketing tools
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, when required
Experience in museums, primary education, or early childhood curriculum delivery is an advantage
Proficiency in an additional official language is an advantage
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
