About the role
Productions is the 'done for you' managed services wing of ElevenLabs made for creators and media businesses. We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts to unlock human-edited dubs, audiobooks, and more in 15+ languages directly on the ElevenLabs platform.

Dubbing for some of the world's biggest creators (DudePerfect, Lex Fridman, Andrew Huberman), media businesses (Headspace) and broadcasters (Mediaset)
Audiobook production for leading publishers and digital storytelling platforms

As an Audio Engineering Lead, you will:
Lead a team of talented Audio Engineers
Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customer using different techniques
Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality
Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices
Join customer calls, support creative direction, and act as a fractional audio engineer for their workflows
Requirements
10+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields
Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders
Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)
Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions
Location
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
