Audio QA Reviewer
Summary
Part-time remote QA role listening to real customer interactions recorded in Brazilian restaurants, verifying whether the company's AI algorithm correctly detected unregistered sales and upsells, and logging verdicts and notes in Google Sheets. Audio QA Reviewer, Native Brazilian Portuguese (Remote, Part-time).
Responsibilities:
- Listen to real customer interactions recorded at restaurants in Brazil.
- Compare what you hear with what our algorithm detected, and record whether it was right.
- Sentinel: was the alert a real unregistered sale, a false alarm, or unclear?.
- Coach: did the staff offer an additional item or a drink, and were they friendly?.
- Did the algorithm detect it correctly?.
- Write short, clear notes explaining each verdict, and log everything in a shared Google Sheet.
- Flag recurring errors so our team can improve the algorithm.
Requirements:
- Native Brazilian Portuguese, including regional accents and informal speech.
- Intermediate or advanced English, written and spoken, to communicate with our team.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent judgment.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets.
- Reliable internet and headphones.
- Experience in data labeling, transcription, QA or customer service is a plus.
Conditions:
- Remote, part-time: about 2 hours a day to start, with more available as volume grows.
- USD 5 per hour, paid on the last business day of each month.
- Flexible schedule, with daily delivery of reviews.
Selection process:
- Short application.
- Paid test task: review 10 real cases against our answer key, paid at the same hourly rate.
- 20-minute call with our Platform Operations lead.
