Audio-Visual (AV) Support Assistant

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain PA and AV equipment for school events.
• Train and guide student AV/PA crew.
• Handle AV setup, troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Support live and recorded event broadcasting, including YouTube Live and Facebook Live.
• Manage AV equipment inventory and loan records.
• Provide technical support for classrooms, events and video conferencing.
• Mentor and train students in AV and broadcasting operations.
• Assist with basic video editing, printing and media services.
• Support the school’s ICT team with basic IT troubleshooting.
• Provide AV/technical support for examinations and teaching activities.
• Occasionally support weekend or after-hours school events.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in Audio, Video or Media Production.
• Minimum 1year of AV equipment experience.
• Minimum 1year of event broadcasting experience.
• Minimum 1 year of school-based working experience
